This will cause trouble as I got a lot of flack from my co-conspirators on taking any pictures with them in it. However, that has never stopped me before.

3,500+ kilometres later we arrived back at Chez Moorehead. We drove through Ontario, Across Quebec, around New Brunswick (much more than planned, the south and east coast of Nova Scotia and all of PEI in basically 10 days.
Highlight was the time we spent in PEI looking up an old friend and then a wonderful campsite.
Lunenburg, Mahone Bay and Peggy's Cove were nice but would have been better without the rain and St Andrew's By the Sea was charming as I literally walked the streets to take Pictures of the quaint and colourful buildings.The maritimes are awash with churches - white churches as they were everywhere. Oh for a monopoly on white paint sales.

I freely admit to being a DSLR Junkie. I take lots of pictures almost everywhere I go and while you often need to be "set" for something and the "Auto" feature comes in handy, you need to remember not to always rely on it.
The photos on the linked page are a classic example as they are "pairs" - One (the brighter) taken on Auto and the second using "Scenic" which while darker also often appear "richer.
